Practicing what we preach: Sabbatical

We are coming up to our one year anniversary of blogging with Conscious Pause. Thank you to everyone in our community for reading and responding.

For the past year, we shared our thoughts and wonderings by using our five phases for taking a sabbatical – Decision, Plan, Start, Sabbatical & Re-entry. We have done two rounds of exploring those phases but we have big plans for Year 2 so stay tuned. There will be some exciting products and resources available to help you plan your next pause and sabbatical.  We will be back at the end of August to celebrate our one-year anniversary as well as ramping up to our anticipated product launch in mid-September.

For now, we will practice what we preach. Taking a pause and engaging sabbatical rituals to re-centre and restore is so important.

During the next couple of weeks, we hope you also find some time to pause and reflect. Even if for five minutes in your favorite chair; or by going for a 10-minute stroll in the sunshine; even if you just go to bed at 8:30 on a Friday.
