Hello to all our new subscribers, thank you so very much for being here. And appreciation out to subscribers that have been with us for a while – we love knowing you’re walking beside us on this journey. We thought this blog would be a great time to re-introduce ourselves and share what services we offer to support you.

Did you know:

  • As modern sabbatical guides, we help you take a sabbatical. When you are in need of deep pausing and are looking for some guidance on how to explore your big questions. Past clients came to us needing support to navigate major life transitions. We help curate your sabbatical by providing diverse resources that meet your needs to guide you through the phases of a sabbatical, especially when ready to face re-entry back into your routine/life.
  • We have 12-week Sabbatical Mindset courses that walks you through a daily check in and a weekly reflection. We understand not everyone can take a month or more off work/life so we help you create a sabbatical mindset, at a slower pace. Many of us are busy trying to manage our day to day lives so we take all of that into consideration when curating small steps that encourage little, regular sabbaticals in the midst of your busyness. Each 12-week course takes you a little deeper into yourself and into a sabbatical mindset.
  • We curate a mini sabbaticals or retreats if you have a day or weekend where you can get away, be slower, and to focus. This might be great as a solo experience or with a friend or two. We design this journey based on your needs, space and time. The experience will include the five elements of movement, stillness, ritual, ceremony and reflection. We also create a take away memento to help you continue the practice once you’ve re-entered regularly scheduled programming.
