30 Jun Coming Home from your Sabbatical
At the end of your Sabbatical, “coming home” may be an unexpected experience…even if your Sabbatical was a day or two instead of weeks or months. Did you plan for feeling odd, or out of sorts when you thought it would be easy and joyous?

Transformative learning is the expansion of consciousness through the transformation of basic worldview and specific capacities of the self – Elias 1997
You may have just had a transformative experience, and those are hard to explain fully to others.
Self care is important during this time. Self awareness will be vital for your re-entry. Call upon your support team to talk through things. Find others that can offer advice or their own experiences.
If you are planning a Sabbatical, perhaps we can help you plan for this re-entry phase. If you find yourself struggling with your re-entry, one of us would be happy to guide you.
Home is where your heart and soul are, you’ll always fit there.
